Tis The Season To Be Jolly

So we celebrated our little Layla-bear's first Christmas today! We had great fun opening her presents for her and showing her all her new toys and clothes, she's certainly loved as there were loads of presents from everyone for her! It took us until dinner time to open everything as there was so much stimulation for her that she had 3 naps during the day!

Isn't It Funny...

...When babies start to laugh! We got our first proper laughs from Layla today!

We had been trying to get her to laugh for a while and today we found a way purely by accident. I was pulling sticky tape off the reel to wrap presents and Layla found it hysterical! It was so cute to hear her laugh! Luckily we got a little recording of her, unfortunately it's not a video as I couldn't hold the camera and pull the tape (oh, to be an octopus!) but the voice recording still gets me laughing when I play it back :)

My Dad made this little video to go with the recording, made up of photos he took while he was over visiting little Layla :) More on that soon...
