The birth story is rather long and quite scary at the end so I will loeave that for when I have a bit more time.
At the moment we are settling in well and just enjoying plenty of cuddles and getting to know each other.

ReplyDeleteI am very pleased that she arrived safely, even though you had a scary birth experience.. isn't it amazing how fast a birth plan can go out of the window and onto the operating table?!
It has taken me a while to process what happened on our side & deal with not having had the 'natural' birth experience I'd hoped for.. but as you say: the important thing is that our little angels are safely born... now there is much cuddling to be done! Keep well x x x
